Maintenance & Repairs

All of Larch accommodation is compliant and maintained to a high standard, allowing our residents to enjoy their environment and live their lives to the full.

Repairs can be reported by emailing maintenance@larchha.org
To double check who is responsible for different repairs please take a look over your tenancy agreement.

Repairs for which Larch is responsible for are categorised as follows:

  • Emergency – repairs will be carried out within 24 hours.
  • Standard – these repairs will be carried out within 15 working days.
  • Planned – repairs will be carried out within 45 working days.
