To double check who is responsible for different repairs please take a look over your tenancy agreement.
Repairs for which Larch is responsible for are categorised as follows:
- Emergency – repairs will be carried out within 24 hours.
- Standard – these repairs will be carried out within 15 working days.
- Planned – repairs will be carried out within 45 working days.
